Ευρύχωρο άνετο διαμερισμα με δύο υπνοδωμάτια και δύο κλιματιστικά Πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο ιδιοκτήτης. Άμεση ανταπόκριση σε όποιο αίτημα εκφράσαμε Καταπληκτικό το εργαστήριο ζαχαροπλαστικής ακριβώς απέναντι από το κατάλυμμα για υπέροχες επιλογές πρωινού. Δύο βήματα από το κέντρο της Κατάνια για διασκέδαση και ψώνια στην αγορά. Πολύ βολική η κουζίνα για να μαγειρέψουμε τις υπέροχες πρώτες ύλες ( ψαριά, λαχανικά, τυριά) από την αγορά της Κατάνια.

Lo que más nos gustó fueron las camas que eran bastante cómodas, la ubicación, las habitaciones que eran bastante amplias y el aire acondicionado que fue lo mejor para combatir el calor de la ciudad

Está situado en un edificio que da a una casa abandonada y un patio bastante lúgubre, nosotros llegamos de noche y no fue agradable, luego el tema de la limpieza es algo importante para nosotros, sinceramente no estaba muy limpio, en la nevera había bolsas y restos de los anteriores clientes, además estaba sucia por dentro y la tuvimos que limpiar nosotros, luego que no había suficientes pinzas para tender, no luz en el balcón interior. Pero lo que no nos gustó mucho fue que solamente había un llavero con las llaves del apartamento, entonces muchas veces fue incómodo porque si queríamos ir a sitios diferentes no teníamos como volver a abrir si los demás no llegaban o también si salimos y algunos se quisieron quedar en el apartamento y luego querían salir pues no tenían llaves para volver, como recomendación, dejar un par de llaves más en el alojamiento. Y luego lo que nos pasó bastante fue que sí teníamos el aire acondicionado puesto y el calentador del baño para ducharnos, y poníamos a cargar un móvil, se iba la luz a cada rato y había que bajar hasta el portón del edificio y volver a conectarla con una llave.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, with all major attractions just a few minutes away on foot. It is very spacious, with two large, separate bedrooms, plenty of storage, and a living room with a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is clean and includes all the necessary amenities—an oven, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and smart TV—making it ideal for longer stays. We were always able to find street parking nearby, which is free at night. Delicious and cheap Italian breakfast was available from 6 a.m. right across the street at a bakery popular with locals. We are especially grateful to the host, who was friendly, helpful, and accommodating with our special requests.

Some traffic noise at night, which could be noticeable for very light sleepers. The L-shaped bathroom may feel compact for guests with a larger build.

Stayed here for 4 weeks with my Wife. Apartment has 2 big bedrooms. Plenty of wardrobes and storage. I has a unique little sitting room with lots of paintings. We needed a few extra things during our stay. I rang Carmelo our host, that was no problem. His father delivered them that morning. These are the little thing that make a good host. Fantastic location as only a 5 to 10 minute walk to all the down town attractions. Two wonderful bakeries across the street, which we used daily. We had a very enjoyable stay with an excellent host.
