Location was fine.

Cockroach in room. Dead bugs squashed on wall. Toilet pedestal wasn’t bolted down and rocked from side to side. Basin stained and needs replacing and hot and cold taps were almost coming off when you used them. Curtains missing curtain hooks. Noisy fridge and had to be turned off at night to sleep. WiFi was hopeless and unusable most of the time.
