Beachfront luxury apartment

The owner was waiting for us at the parking entrance. Was very easy to get keys. The owner was solving any small problems 24/7

Amazing views, great location to visit Budva, Tivat, Perast and Lustica Bay. Great communication from Maja made it easy for us. The restaurant right below called Tulip was also great. Clean and everything was supplied. My favorite part was waking up to the sound of waves.

Spacious apartment by the sea, very nice apartment design, extra wide terrace with terrace furniture, very comfortable beds. The hostess welcomed us, she was very nice and responsive. The location of the apartments is perfect, several grocery stores, nice restaurants and a great beach are almost next door. Private parking is a huge advantage in this area.

Although the apartment is in a new building the common areas are not nice, dirty walls and floors. There is a new unfinished new building nearby, which spoils the overall view from the terrace. The only drawbacks of the apartment were the hood above the stove, which ended right there in the cupboard and the dirty tablecloth.

Superb location, right on a beautiful beach. The apartment is new, clean and has all the amenities (including fully furnished kitchen) for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable (you wake up with a sea view in every room), as well as the living area. Maja is a super host, she welcomed us with coffee, juice, water and snacks and was available to assist us throughout the entire stay. The best part is the big terrace, which has a panoramic view over the entire bay/beach and stays in the shade until the afternoon. WiFi is great, there is cable TV with many channels in every room, and we had a spacious dedicated parking in the building (it is all included with no extra charge). Towels, beach towels and umbrellas are provided. Thank you, Maja, we will be back!

Area, apartament, furnishings all as described. Everything clean and pleasure. The view was stunning. Highly recommended!

The apartment itself is brand new, well equipped. You literally have everything you need. The terrace is big with stunning view. The host is amazing, she bought for us water and some snacks, because supermarkets were closed during our first 2 days of stay. There is a restaurant in the building and about 20 others just in 20-100 m Wi-Fi is super fast.
