O apartamento é muito confortável e tem uma ótima localização.

Do Banho, o chuveiro funciona com uma caldeira que esquenta a água. O banho tem que ser rápido se não a agua fica gelada , ai demora 30 minutos para esquentar e a próxima pessoa poder tomar banho.

Muito barulho, as janelas não tem isolamento acústico e como está em uma avenida principal é barulho a noite toda

Location was fantastic. Instructional video provided was perfect. Comfortable apartment.

Night is noisy due to the traffic but this is city living so can't be helped. It is worth it due to price and location. Heater can be warmer. Gets cold but we come from the equator, so could be perfect temperature for other travellers. Maybe need a new kettle :D

"Centrally located near the lots of restaurants, shops and port houses. Comfortable with amenities."

Perfect location in a crowded busy spot, one block back from the river. Two little balconies to people watch and quiet when windows closed and shutters used. Great to have a washing machine.
