The water filter water very slowly

It's really disappointed to me, we are far from stress working and just having a little honeymoon around Kundasang and we book this place, it's really shock and disappoint me it's about the room, the room is super super small and table it's small and just one, there is no choice our bag and luggage just to lay on the floor everywhere, toilet sink is outside of bathroom, no floor mat and floor was wet if u use the sink outside, room door was not light proof, the most disappointing me it's about the staff service, even we are local but at least double check around with your guest, we paid for bbq package and all their Food, but the day was heavy rain, and we are being stuck in balcony with our wet food and cold for an hour no staff come with umbrella or help to take our food in, leaving starve there, at last rain was getting smaller we have no choice to take our food 1 by 1 to the restaurants and there is still no staff around, this kind of room and service not worth the price.

Room was super small, no service, it just left you alone do whatever u want they doesn't care, I can accept if just my self or with my friend, but for honeymoon not this place.

The view of the mountain and valley is beautiful. Decent breakfast.

We had chosen this place as it had a cafe that says it is open 7 days a week for dinner. We found out on arrival that it would not be open the only night we were staying. No problem but we really wish we could have been told in advance so we could organise dinner, as there are no other nearby options without going back down and up the steep access road and 20+ minutes walk to the town, and we had just come straight from doing the Mount Kinabalu hike. No hand soap in bathroom. Shower was cold in the evening. Blankets weren't sufficient for the cold temperature at night. We weren't given much information on check-in and had to ask about the cafe, breakfast times, WiFi etc. More of a reception and/or information sheet would have been greatly appreciated, although we do appreciate there is a language barrier.

The view is amazing

The room we got was just dirty. Mold on the pillows, dirty bed sheet and blankets that smelled of sweat and had no covers. They don't seem to be washed after every guests. The bathroom also smelled quite bad. The windows are not really closeable because they are those horizontal pieces of glass that you tilt so any bugs can still come in and out. There were big ants everywhere, including the bed. No mosquito nets. Contrary to what you may think after reading the description, the rooms do not have balconies or mountain views. There is a shared balcony with a mountain view. We found another place and drove away as soon as possible. This was the first time ever when we just left and we travel a lot in Asia. We really are okay with some imperfections and expect some for this price but this was too bad.

The breakfast is delicious ! I like the view too ! You can see the mount kinabalu clearly from 6.45 am to 8 am 🤩
