Hotel Horizon International

The staff was very helpful and supportive. Location is very convenient for visit to the temple. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

I initially booked for a 3 bed family room, but the front desk saw us coming with 2 kids and offered us a bigger 4 bed family room for the same rate which was very comfortable for us throughout the stay. Since the restaurant was well on the ground floor, we ordered food for us and the children from there that tasted good. Complimentary breakfast was limited and yet tasty. Also it is very near to the west nada and there are shops, supermarkets, hotels nearby making it well located and will prefer the horizon for my next stay and will recommend it to others as well. My son loved the lawn in front and the hotel staff were well behaved and helped us with luggage and other amenities.

Mosquito disturbance during the night and hot water was not available throughout the bathroom and also in the morning's only lukewarm water was coming in the tap. The hotel should address it asap and can improve the breakfast spread. The parking space is kinda congested.

Rooms location and atmosphere is very nice. Restaurant Foods are excellent rate are reasonable. Light facilities insides the room need to improve. It is not sufficient especially in Dressing Table area.
