Liked location only - since very close to Guruvayoor temple entrance.

Booked room assuming it’s a standard hotel but found it an Ordinary Lodge. Agreed tariff was incl Breakfast but not provided by them. We couldn’t bath since there was no hot water facility … they said they can treat guest who come through ‘booking.com’ . Disappointed with booking.com n the property management..,very sad situation; reached there to see n worship Krishna Guruvayoorappa but couldn’t because of Not bathing. Even ordered dinner items couldn’t b given by them…said Shef is on leave 😡
