Bruttissima esperienza 😡😡😡😡😡 Siamo arrivati come previsto, abbiamo aspettato fino all'una di notte. Non si è presentato nessuno. Non rispondeva alle telefonate e messaggi. Nessuna indicazione nei giorni precedenti, mail Tel o sms. Girare di notte con 2 bambini per trovare un altro albergo... Brutta esperienza. DA EVITARE. (Abbiamo chiamato servizio clienti booking, vediamo...)

Two days before our arrival at the apartment, I emailed the owner requesting a cot for the baby, but I didn’t receive any response. On the day we were supposed to check in, the owner didn’t answer the phone, so we had to contact Booking.com. They informed us that the owner had rented the apartment to someone else. The owner showed no concern for the fact that we had no place to stay during our holiday, especially with a baby in tow.
