Very easy to find
When we arrived, we opened the door to what looked like the housekeeper did not make it to clean, before our check in. I immediately contacted owners and they sent us to a different property, which was amazing. The washer at this property didn’t work, but other than that, we were very happy with our stay and have continued to use this specific owners for every time we needed to rent a property. Very pleased!

Not properly cleaned, old sock and dust sticky under couches. Microwave was dirty and no electical kettle. Water temparature was low

"Perfect centrally located apartment/duplex for a trip to Evansville"

This apartment is in a great location and perfect for a few nights stay for 1-2 people. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was heavenly after a long day. Close to UE and anything you may need to get to in Evansville. Highly recommend this apartment for a stay.

Everything was absolutley wonderful, it is a duplex and the walls were kinda thin but it was cute and modern.
Thin walls sucked but i am also just paranoid about bothering people
