Facilities are a bit old and outdated

Excellent reception and very friendly hotel staff. We could feel that this hotel had had seen better days - like many other places in Lebanon and especially in Beirut. For the current circumstances, the hotel provided a pleasant stay, close to the sea the seaside promenade. Hotel's private parting is valuable - as the Beirut streets are very crowded and finding a free parking space is very hard.

Some generator were very loud during the night - I guess - the annoying buzz noise came from the cube-like building at the bottom of the parking space. Next time I would try to avoid rooms on that side of the building.
