Тихое место, не далеко от озера. Рядом есть пиццерия. Дом полностью в распоряжении. Парковка, гриль, бассейн.

Не очень удобный санузел, не очень удобная кровать.

Süßes kleines Ferienhäuser. Mit Balkon, unten Überdachten Sitzbreich und Grünfläche mit Liegen. Komplette Küchenazstatung (außer Backofen). Fernseher im Wohnbericht und im Schlafzimmer Das Doppelbett war bequem. Für Kinder doppelt Bett als Hochbett. Kleines Badezimmer das alles nötige hat. Vorm Haus kann man auf dem Grundstpck das Auto super abstellen. Gemeinschaftpool von der Anlage direkt vor der Tür. Gelände durch Zäune und Tor das über einen Code geöffnet wird geschützt. Tolles Restaurant in der Nähe. Die Vermitter super nett, die Tochter spricht zum Teil Deutsch. Kontakt erfolgte über WhatsApp, Fragen im Vorfeld wurden schnell beantwortet. Bilder und Vidos zu dem Wichtigsten wurden zugesendet. Umliegende Ortschaften direkt am See schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Zu Fuß gelangt man leider nicht so leicht an den See, da man immer direkt an der Straße laufen muss, teils ohne Seitenstreifen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. War alles da was gebraucht wurde. Besonders toll fanden wir die Grillmöglichkeit, sowie die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Schatten unter dem Haus.

The accommodation and communication with the host exceeded my expectations. Calmasino is a beautiful place with all the holiday comforts - great restaurant, bakery and views. The accommodation itself is in a gated area which is superbly maintained and offers peace and security (in fact we didn't even lock the car). Perfect clean pool right next to the house. The house is equipped with everything you need on holiday, everywhere is clean and on hot days you will appreciate the air conditioning in all rooms in addition to the pool. The hostess Liliana is extremely nice and helpful. I'm glad we made the right choice!

Apartment is situated in secure area (village), so if you are coming with motorcyle this is your best bet. I would like to thank owner for everything, it is more charming than on photos. Give it a chance and enjoy your vacation. Grazie mille Liliana!!
