Very nice. New building in quiet place. Everything is brand new. Coffe and a bottle of water was in place.

Great quiet location, the apartment is very well equipped, the furniture is very comfortable. The host was very responsive and attentive, the apartment feels brand new and spotlessly clean.

The final 100-200 meters of the road to the building are still unpaved since it is a new neighborhood and some stuff hasn't been finished yet, but that could be a problem only if you are driving a very low car.
