The staff were very friendly and attentive, they helped us with directions every time we needed. The room was beautiful and huge, everything was very clean and breakfast was also nice.

Viewpoint in the name of the hotel can be a bit misleading.

The property is well located to Hieropolis and the town of Pamukkale. Easy 5-10 min walk. The staff is exceptional! They were there to help, make suggestions and help out . They did this cheerfully and with a smile.

The property is well worn and could definitely use some sprucing up.

My wife and I stayed here while travelling in Pamukkale. 2 nights. We stayed here based on the reviews. It is well priced and decently located. We were able to walk to one of the entrances to the Travertine Terrace's. There is a few decent restaurants close by, walking distance. Not lots of shopping or anything exciting. You stay here for the convenience of the sites close by. Very safe area. No issues there. The building and rooms are very clean. Bed is comfortable. Nice breakfast each morning made fresh. Not fancy but thoughtful. The staff here are excellent Gave us some suggestions for food when we arrived and they were good. Help arrange a shuttle back to the airport and it was a better price, not too mention more convenient, than i could arrange myself. Also available on Whatsapp to answer any question. Nos ha gustado mucho, para empezar la atención ha sido extraordinaria, la habitación es muy grande y las vistas de los globos al amanecer nos ha encantado y el desayuno es muy variado y muchisima cantidad. Ha sido una estancia perfecta.

1. 宣传照片都能看到棉花堡，结果楼上区域都不让上去 2. 房间很冷，只有空调下面区域是热的，开了很久的空调都没用 3. 热水壶盖都是坏的，里面还有不知道哪个房客剩下来的水，可能压根都没打扫 4. 设施很旧 5. 早餐虽然多，但是巨难吃 6. 压根就没有图片上宣传的那么好，隔音也很差

Perfect position in the very center of pamukkale. Nice and clean rooms, confortable and large.

The price was good and rooms were great for a night stay, there is parking in front. Overall a good stay, the hosts are very friendly and happy to help.

Breakfast is served to late. 8am start time just doesn't work.

Medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Prachtige uitzicht naar de ballonen in de ochtend en travernes. Zwembad 24 uur geopend. Ontbijt heerlijk en veel, heer Ramazan en Mevrouw Hatice van keuken zorgt ervoor. Aanrader!!!
