Nada.

Acessos péssimos. Rua em obras (pelo que li na NET desde 2024). Não tem estacionamento privado. Paredes cheias de humidade e um cheiro intenso à mesma humidade. Lençóis da cama com cabelos. Lençóis da cama de verão e edredom de meia estação com noites frias. Cama partida. Não dispõe de climatização. Preço elevado.
