1. The property maintenance - None of the ACs are working. We checked into 2 rooms and both the ACs didn’t work and we had to change the rooms. New rooms given to us also were bad as the ACs only worked for name sake. They wouldn’t cool the room. 2. Property - No maintenance whatsoever.. Old paints, moldy smell, everything needs a ramp up. 3. Facilities - We had kids with us and there was so much heat and when you ask for ice - staff said it is not available. When you ask for cold water - not available. After a bunch of back and forth argument they sent a fridge to cool the water. You will get all this only if you ask for it. Or else they wouldn’t even be bothered. 4. Maintenance - The facility lacks maintenance. None of the electrical equipment work.

Location of the resort on the banks of river Godavari amidst the thick lush green grove of coconut trees were great. Ambience of resort is great as the rooms are well planned around a pond with lotus. Away from the city hustle and bustle.

Lack of mini refrigerator in the room has disappointed a bit. Reaching the resort took some time with the help of Google map, so request facility to provide the most convenient route map when booking.
