The location of the resort was beautiful and views from the infinity pool were beautiful. The front desk staff are quite welcoming. The landscaping in the property is done very beautifully and is very tropical

The hospitality of most staff at the property is quite passable and the cleanliness of the common areas especially in the heritage block was not that great. There were water seepages in the common areas of the heritage block making it a fall risk for elderly. The restaurant had air conditioning which was barely functioning leaving all of us feeling constantly hot and sweaty in the humid conditions of the area. They had 8-10 air conditioners fitted in the restaurant of which only 2/3 were turned on both during the day and night. The service in the restaurant was extremely slow as they were severely understaffed. The air conditioner in the room wasn't working well as well. Overall nothing was maintained well in the property and worthless for the prices

Location was good. Staff was helpful and polite.

Rooms are clean but there were lizards. WiFi was too slow. Food in the restaurant was just OK.

access road needs improving. needs more staffing. night food trays were still not removed at 1pm when i left. for neighboring unit as well.
