Perfectstayz Premium Laxmi Heritage with Rooftop Pool & Cafe

This person took screenshot of my app which had booking number and password....and then filled the ratings all himself....he is a cheat. Now i am correcting it. This place is way inside a small road, very complicated to reach; and had cow dung all around. It took us long time to park car and this guy was sitting idle but was unwilling to help. This hotel has made my life so miserable (prior booking by asking to deposit 2k). Every 2 hours sending msg, whataspp etc. I finally had to pay. This triple executive room that says 250 sq m; i thought it is 250 sq ft so we can comfortably place 3 guests....but this was around 125 sq ft...very small room with 3 beds....nothing executive abt it. He kept on saying, its not his fault...its booking.com fault...so i shall talk to him. I gave him example of maruti car....that if steering fails....then maruti fixes it...not sona koyo. I do not know if he understood. Breakfast starts at 8.30am....so late....we had to leave 8.15am....he never gave any option to give us a parcel that we can carry along. Very sad place....it cannot be called even 1 star. They shall audit this place to re-rate.

He charged me for 3rd guest....and kept on arguing on it. Anyways, this is not a great place and not nice people.

Rooms are clean and staff were so polite. Breakfast was also nice

部屋のドアが開けにくく閉めにくいが、フロントの近くの部屋だったので毎回スタッフが助けてくれた
