Unclean and no hot water .

Thir property is beautiful. The only thing i didnt like was there is no smoking what so ever on the property. Even if you outside. I only picked this place because of the the balcony so I can smoke outside but they wasnt allowed. I wouldnt have picked this property if i couldnt smoked anywhere near the place.

I was here for a conference at the nearby law school -- very convenient and nice amenities (gym, pool).

What a beautiful spot in a beautiful neighborhood. Grocery stores nearby, eateries, a rooftop spot with live music on Thursdays. The staff was super kind and helpful. Shout out to Jayce! Very walkable and felt safe. Highly recommend this pop up.

This property was amazing

This is not a proper hotel. It is a bunch of condos on the second floor of a multi-story building on Wisconsin Avenue in DC. The place is plain weird. Apparently, one cannot just come to the front desk on the check-in day and get the room key, as anyone who has ever traveled would expect. Instead, after making a reservation online and paying in full, I started receiving truckloads of messages from them asking for additional verification, which included providing the same information as in the reservation plus uploading a copy of the driver's license, a selfie (!!!), and in the end of the day, giving credit card details online for a fully paid booking. They even said something about applying a small charge to the card, which certainly sounds like an internet scam. After I refused, they said it was OK, I could check-in "normally" as they do have a 24-hour front desk. Not true. We came around 11pm. There was nobody there and no way to contact anyone. The building personnel who have nothing to do with this "hotel," told us that somebody will probably come soon, but we eventually waited for an hour. Then, the person named Gonzalo showed up and said to us "so what, I had a family emergency, life happens." He could not have really cared less about his guests. In the end of the day, we got to our room where one of the two beds proved extremely uncomfortable. Altogether, the place is very poorly managed and the personnel are indifferent at best. If you want to enjoy DC, say elsewhere.

Location, location and location.

The room was clean and spacious with washer/dryer and full kitchen. The only negative was a nearby fire station that created quite a bit of street noise. Other than that, the facility and location are excellent.

Really liked the property overall. I found it difficult to confirm the exact room I had reserved after the initial reservation so had to use the help function. Also was looking for king beds, and these ended up being queen.
