Quality of furniture, privacy in the wellness area

Some furniture / details are very stylish but not very practical (e.g steps). Balcony has an outstanding view; not having chairs on it it’s a miss.

We paid much more for the apartment with sauna. It was in the hall available for everybody. We could book it just for 60-90 minutes per day. It was dirty after other users. There was also BIG window, so everybody were able to watch us taking shower. Also there was some work in progress nearby so it was loud during the day. We had issues with the owner. It seems he was blocking the door so sometimes we had to wait few minutes or more. Same with the car charger. We were waiting 1h including the fact that he saw us and did not even say anything! However there were also good sides. Apartment was EXTREMELY clean and employees (Filippo) were nice and helpful.

The location, the appartment style, friendly staff

Cover of the matrass in the living room was too small, I would add some bowls for the breakfast and a proper wooden or hard plastic cutting board. Curtains of the window of the sauna are seethrough!
