The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The view of the mountains and the river from our room was very special.

Cafe da manhã com uma ótima vista, funcionários atenciosos. Fomos para machu Picchu e nossas malas ficaram bem guardadas aqui.

Não deu pra conectar a tv do quarto na Internet, poderia melhor esta parte pra assistir algum stream

Herzliches und sehr bemühtes Personal, gute zentrale Lage

Sauberkeit im Badezimmer. Es klebte Popel an den Fliesen, der Duschvorhang voll mit schwarzem Schimmel, der Toilettensitz extrem unbequem. Das Badezimmer ist leider nur provisorisch vom Hauptzimmer, dem Schlafraum, mit einer Holzvorrichtung abgetrennt. Dadurch entsteht leider unglaublich viel Luftfeuchtigkeit und Schimmel sowohl im Bad als auch im Hauptraum. Auch das Lüften im Hauptraum ist kaum möglich, da gegen Ende März/ Anfang April der direkt nebendran gelegene Urumbamba River (starke Strömung) zusätzlich zur hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer beiträgt.

The location is very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

On the negative side, the room lighting was very harsh white, which felt quite unpleasant and not cozy at all. In addition, there was a motion-sensor light outside the room that appeared to be malfunctioning — it kept turning on and off throughout the night. Since there is a glass panel above, the light kept coming into the room, which was very disruptive and affected my sleep. The next day, there was a city-wide power outage, and I was not informed in advance. As a result, I woke up and couldn’t even take a shower, without having had the chance to prepare beforehand.
