"Hotel mit netten Personal - hat mehr Potential"

Als wir ankamen war eine nette Dame an der Rezeption, die allerdings total überfordert schien. Wir haben weder unser gebuchte Zimmer bekommen, noch waren ausreichend Handtücher und Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage haben wir alles bekommen. Leider hatten die Decken etliche Flecken und auch kein Zimmerservice kam tgl. durch um frische Handtücher oder Toilettenpapier zu bringen? Das Frühstück war super und die Aussicht dort ebenfalls. Es wurde uns sogar leckeres Fleisch angeboten, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Personal war nett und bemüht. Insgesamt aber für den Preis nicht in Ordnung. Schade. Das Hotel hat eigentlich mehr Potential.

Sauberkeit der Decken-viele Flecken, kein Zimmerservice, man musste von alleine nach Toilettenpapier und frischen Handtücher fragen. Lage aber ok. Etwas abseits vom großen Trubel.

The location is perfect for those who don’t mind the vibrant night street vibe, it was too busy for me.

"Horror, sucio y oscuro"

El staff que me recibió 10/10 super atento. Ademas me preparo un desayuno take away por tener la entrada de machu picchu temprano.

Sabas sucias. No habia toallas ni jabón de ducha o champú. Cortina de baño sucísima. Agua de ducha imposible de regular (o te abrasas o congelas). Era mejor no tocar nada.
