If it comes to clients satisfaction or customer service, Lucky (the host) takes the trophy, she went above and beyond in ensuring we had a wonderful weekend, totally exceeding my expectations.thank you, for you have made our anniversary a memorable one...our room was stunning with a beautiful bathroom to match it...the guesthouse is in a nice secured area, and the environment is serene

The accommodation was neat, very safe and the host, Lucky, was very friendly and welcoming.

The place truly lives up to its name, a true royal facility, immaculate with modern interior and exterior touches. Furthermore the rooms are spacious, clean high end linen and everything you need to make it a home away from home. It's just a pity that I didn't get to fully experience this palace as my stay was a single night however I will definitely be coming back.

Just a bit difficult to find the place but the general manager was a delight and assisted us.

Location and quality of the property

Cockroaches, it was difficult to eat there. Please fumigate becuase it ruins everything for a self catering guesthouse. At night they come out like ants
