Severis Apartment Fiumicino

The apartment is located right on the beachfront, offering an amazing sea view from the terrace. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, and furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay including WIFI, TV in the living room and bedroom, minifridge, induction hob, dishwasher, dryer, iron, euro sockets, cutlery, kitchen utensils, etc. There are plenty of restaurants along the coastline, and shops and grocery stores are within walking distance. The host met us at the property for check-in and kindly offered us an airport transfer for our early morning flight, which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay at Severis Apartment Fiumicino very much.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Perfect location. Quiet little down and right by a beach.

There was an odour everywhere should of had more pillows and sheets for the couch… Anyways, it was OK for one night didn’t like the area was in though

Clean and modern apartment.

Not recommended because of the owner! The appartment is clean and close to the sea, but not furnished enough to use it - there is only mini fridge - without refrigerator, there are no shelves or closets to put your clothes, there is no microwave, the oven works fully only on one burner. But we our main disappointment is with the owner - there was no electricity in the first evening and night of our stay - it was brought back with the cable(!) on the second day at 10am. We didn't have a light, couldn't take a shower or prepare dinner or tea, AC did not work either. We didn't hear a word of apology; at the end of the stay the owner wanted 70EUR for broken wood elements of the touristic bed. This bed was of very poor quality and one of two broken elements was already broken when we arrived. Putting thicker wood elements would cost nothing, and make this bed useable - so it's a very unnecessary hassle and inappropriate demand. The owner complained about the sand left in the appartment, but didn't even placed a doormat to help keep the place clean.

The apartment was so clean and everything was brand new. Everything was perfect. Right next to the beach. The most beautiful views.
