There was a car parking

Firstly, I was denied the room, the manager said the booking is not reflecting in his system. Then he said the tariff shown is not what is applicable for the booking. I tried calling the Fab hotels number, but no response was given. Then I was overcharged and given a cash memo of another hotel, but the room was given in Fab hotel only. My booking was for Rs 1200 but i had to pay Rs 1500 at the property. The room was big disappointment. I have uploaded the photos see for yourself. Not expected from Fab hotels and booking.com. Dirty and torn bed linen, water dripping from the AC and a duplicate Bisleri water bottle. I have attached the photo of cash memo. It says Hotel Q, which is at the same location and property and has the same entrance also, the only difference is its on the ground floor. I had experienced the same problem in Chattarpur near Delhi airport, I had filed a complaint also with Booking.com but they are of no help. So, people if you are booking through Booking.com DO NOT RELY ON THE SERVICES ON BOOKING>COM. They are of no help; they just want their commission out of the bookings.

Hopeless hotel. Ac doesnot work even after changing the room. Which means all rooms are in pathetic condition. Neither the in house phone work. The beadsheets in all the rooms are in most terrible and pathetic condition. Staff is v rude and disturbing. It took me 1 hour just to check inn.

There is nothing that i liked. Hopeless hotel stay.
