"丁寧な接客で過ごせた快適な一日"

スタッフの方の接客や対応が常に丁寧で明るく素晴らしかったです。施設も清潔感がありとても過ごしやすかったです。市街や空港へのアクセスも近めなので翌日の予定が立て易かったです。

大浴場のお風呂が一種類しかなかったのが少し残念でした。 山の中腹に建つ施設なので、見晴らしの良い露天風呂が大浴場にもあればより良かったかもしれません。

Excellent repas. Le service de navette pour la gare était très pratique. L'onsen dur le toit était aussi agréable.

ほとんどのスッタフの温かいサービスで印象的でした。 見晴らしはとても良いですし、部屋も綺麗で、料理もまあまあ満足でした。楽しく過ごさせていただきました。

強いて言えば、露天風呂がなくて少し残念でした。

We had some excellent meals. Wonderful view of the city

Onsen was ok but I have been in much nice ones. Washroom for the onsen is in the hallway. Very inconvenient. It took a long time for our room to be ready. There needs to be more shuttle times to and from the city

"Wonderful ryokan to recharge after a long travel through Japan"

Hotel staff, room layout, food, views and amenities were excellent

The location isn’t great, but they do provide free shuttles to the train station in the morning and evening.
