The parking facility is a public service with its own policies, fees, and operating hours, which are as follows: Open from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday Closed on Sundays and public holidays Only small and medium-sized vehicles are accepted The fee for a 24-hour stay is MXN $250 The fee for a 12-hour stay is MXN $150 Suites Independencia Oaxaca is not authorized to provide access or service outside of the parking facility’s operating hours, as we do not have permission or keys to the premises. For any additional information, we recommend checking directly with the parking staff upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding. Suites Independecia Oaxaca have the policy that children aged 4 years and older are charged 100% of the rate.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. The staff were beyond helpful and very nice, perfect location close to the centro and easy walking distance, they let us store our luggage during a little walk about after checkout during our stay, THANK YOU!

"Exceptional"

Gigantic room, bigger than most studio apartments in the States. All the amenities one could think of. Excellent staff and ownership. Excellent location in relation to center of town.

"Good and quiet location, but AC was a problem/not there"

Spacious apartment, good and quiet location.

We first had an apartment without working AC (it was there, but not installed). The second apartment did have AC, but a 'movable AC', which was very loud and didnt work as good as a split AC. That was disappointing. Because thats why we booked this place, as it gets hot in Oaxaca.

"Simple and clean place in a good location"

- Location is great - Simple and comfortable - Clean Important to know: it is not an hotel and does not have a lobby. You will be in contact with property manager via WhatsApp.

- kitchen faucet and AC needs to be repaired.

"Superb"

Excellent location. Tourist information couple blocks away but host was very helpful and was very timely if i had questions. Bottled water and coffee were appreciated. Host also spoke good english. Price was right for this very larfe comfortable space. Ill definitely return.

No a/c but not necessary really. Nights and mornings were cooler. Front door lock a little finicky

Es un lugar super comodo y tranquilo, ademas de moderno y super limpio, los anfitriones estuvieron pendientes en todo momento, ademas de que son super amables, y eso me hizo sentir muy bienvenida y a gusto! Todo al alcance! me refiero a tiendas, zócalo a 3 cuadras, restaurantes, etc. Los colchones super, se descansa muy bien, sin duda alguna volveria a regresar!
