"Great choice."

This was an amazing choice. It is comfortable, clean, and beautifully done. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choices.

I have mobility issues. The location was not a problem for my sister and 3 grandchildren but it was a challenge for me…but worth the effort.

"Modern lodgings in the heart of Barolo"

Modern renovation- Tasteful finishes, bright and comfortable. We loved our room under the roof with a skylight and views of the Barolo castle and vineyards. (Stairs might be an issue for some guests but the staff is always available to help with baggage.) With all the good meals we had, we were very happy with a little extra exercise! We found the location in the town easy to access by foot with roll aboard luggage from public parking areas. Much of the town, like medieval towns all over Italy, is pedestrians only. And very quiet at night. Lovely breakfast. Merits 5 stars for service from Ariele and the lady of the house! They are happy to provide any information about the Barolo area, from restaurants to wine tastings. Highly recommend!
