Oda tertemizdi. Bedava masaj koltuğu vardı. İnternet güzel çekiyordu. Konumu çok çok iyiydi. 7/24 resepsiyonu vardı. Bavullarımızı uçak saatine kadar sorunsuz bir şekilde tuttular.

Biz 6. Kattaydık. Otel bölümünden apartman kısmına geçtik. 3. Kattan itibaren 6 kata kadar asansör yoktu. Bu benim için sorun değildi ama arada geçtiğimiz 3 kat rutubetli ve bakımsız harabe gibiydi. Orayı tadilatla güzel bir hale getirseler sorun ortadan kalkacaktı.

The location was excellent

There was no refrigerator in the room, and they gave us an old room in an annex. We had didfuculty accesinng the room, and there were huge insects.

Para acceder a nuestro alojamiento, tenías que entrar por el hotel, después irse a lo que parecía otro edificio (pero que estaba conectado al hotel), y ese otro edificio parecía algo más descuidado.

Location is very very good, being very close to Alexander Square, making it easy to explore the city on foot. I also want to highlight how kind and helpful the employees were. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and they even allowed me to store my luggage for the entire day after check-out, which I really appreciated.

it’s important to understand that Alexander Apartments are not the same as Alexander Hotel, and the difference in quality is very noticeable. The access to the apartments is quite strange: you first cross through the hotel and then enter the apartment area through what looks like a fire exit door. From that point on, the condition of the building changes completely. The stair areas had broken windows, visible humidity issues, and the elevator felt extremely old — even the cleaning staff seemed uncomfortable using it. The apartment itself was clean, but everything felt very outdated. The furniture, decoration, smell, and overall atmosphere did not match the modern and comfortable impression given by the hotel. So while the location and staff were excellent, the apartment experience was much more basic and aged than expected.

Lite dåligt tryck på vattnet ibland. Omständlig väg upp till lägenheten. 🙂
