Really enjoyed my stay here. Alanka (the owner) arranged transport for me from the Airport. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious (so much food). Very helpful staff.

Close to the airport. Flight landed at midnight. Alanka sent detailed messages. Gave me a free upgrade. Room had everything I needed. Breakfast was prompt. Will come back if I end up in Negombo again.

"Dreckiges Zimmer, komische Art des Besitzers"

Es ist recht nah zum Flughafen, check-in und check-out waren einfach. In die Stadt und an den Strand kommt man in 15-20 Minuten mit dem Tuktuk.

Das Zimmer (ein anderes als gebucht) ist nicht besonders gut in Schuss. Es gab zwei große Betten. Das, in dem wir geschlafen haben, war okay. Das andere hat aber wirklich stark gerochen. Die Tür zum Badezimmer kratzt so laut über den Boden, sodass man nachts nicht zur Toilette gehen kann, ohne das gesamte Zimmer zu wecken. Das Wasser im Waschbecken ist gar nicht abgeflossen. Generell ist das Zimmer nicht besonders sauber gewesen: Dreckiger Boden und Spinnweben in den Ecken. Was uns außerdem negativ aufgefallen ist, ist die Art des Besitzers: Er bot uns einen Flughafentransfer für 3500LKR an und als wir sagten, dass es zu teuer ist (ungefähr 5x Pickme Preis für ein Tuktuk, 15 Minuten Fahrt), versuchte er uns ein schlechtes Gewissen einzureden, dass er so hohe Kosten hätte und Uber und Pickme einen unfairen Vorteil hätten. Am Ende hatten wir das Gefühl, dass er nur Geld machen wollte. Also passt auf, wenn ihr Touren über ihn organisieren lasst!

Bin mitten in der Nacht am Flughagen angekommen und Abholung hat problemlos funktioniert. Unterkunft ist gepflegt mit schönen Zimmern und Frühstück ist reichlich und lecker. Nette zuvorkommender Host. Perfekt für An- und Abreise.
