La persona che gestisce l'appartamentoi è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile: da questo punto di vista è stata un'accoglienza squisita ed eccellente. Ho potuto lavorare grazie al cavo HDMI che questa persona molto gentile mi ha procurato: questo servizio extra è stato apprezzato in modo particolare. La colazione non era inclusa e, dunque, non è stata servita.

Purtroppo, chi ci aveva preceduto non aveva segnalato che il lavandino del bagno era praticamente otturato e che l'acqua scorreva via molto lentamente. Nella doccia il portamicrofono era staccato dal muro e la porta della doccia non si chiudeva bene. Tutti questi problemi una volta segnalati sono stati almeno temporaneamente risolti dalla Signora Marini che è intervenuta tempestivamente. Suggerisco di chiedere l'intervento di un idraulico per fare una manutenzione ordinaria ed evitare che questi problemi si ripresentino. Il telecomando della televisione non funziona nonostante siano state cambiate prontamente le batterie. Inoltre, qualcosa che non si può rimediare, è la dimensione del letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto: è veramente difficile muoversi nella camera e anche entrare a letto. Non so se potrebbe essere utile sostituire il letto matrimoniale con un letto da una piazza e mezzo. Ogni lato del letto al momento dista dal muro circa 20 cm: una sfida! Le capsule del caffè avevano un certo sapore di vaniglia e il caffè di quelle "napoletane" piuttosto amaro, ma questo si puo' migliorare facilmente.

Wspaniała lokalizacja w cichej i bezpiecznej okolicy, 10 min od krzywej wieży. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu, przestronny apartament, bezproblemowa i miła właścicielka. Wspaniały malutki taras, gdzie wieczorami nie chciało się z niego schodzić.

The apartment is nice, and my daughter and I enjoyed staying there. The area is quiet. Everything is within walking distance. Greta is a nice host.

The bed was a bit firmer than what we perfer, but not so much that it was a problem, and it is my experience that beds in Southern Europe are firmer than what we are used to.

The house is in a convenient location, the staircase is modernly arranged, with an elevator. The instructions for picking up the key are clear, the hostess Greta communicated kindly and in detail via WhatsApp. The apartment is modern, stylish, nothing is missing. The double bed is comfortable in the small bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped, there are all the necessary. The internet worked flawlessly. The area is quiet, although the street is in the very center of the city, the tower is only 10 min. walk.
