There was NOTHING to like about the condo, itself. The listing was a complete lie, and the host was a young, arrogant foreigner, who barely spoke English, nor the local language. The condo was less than HALF the size of what was advertised, and the host NEVER responded to any messaging regarding any of the problems encountered. Here are some lies I had to deal with: 1) The condo was closer to 200 square feet and not close to 400 square feet. 2) Had AC...that was broken. I complained to the host with no response. I asked for a fan with no response. It was like staying and sleeping in a sauna on the 50th floor. 3) The condo had NONE OF THESE, although advertised: lake view, garden view, pool view, landmark view, city view, free toiletries, sofa/sofa bed, private entrance, slippers, iron, hair dryer, kitchenette, walk-in closet, patio, wardrobe or closet, drying rack for clothing, carbon monoxide detector....NONE OF THESE. 4) There were roaches...plenty of roaches. I immediately cancelled this booking for my return visit. What's sad is that the positive reviews for this listing are cumulative for all properties within the building, and not this particular room, which is misleading. Maybe some of the other properties were good, particularly if they weren't managed by this specific host, but there's no way to tell from any of the listings for this building. I will be requesting a partial refund from booking.com.

Nothing!!!

Owner was non responsive! They did not provide the 2 rooms we reserved and paid for 5 people . They never responded to repeated messages abt it. The boy that met us and provided us with the key was no help as he said that was the only key/room given to him by the owner to give us! He said he couldn’t reach the owner. We ended up squeezing in a 2 tiny bedrooms instead of 2 br suite and a studio room. They cheated us by not providing the room they already charged us.

The location is very convenient. A lot of restaurants and parks near the area.

We paid no body turned up to give us our keys - security / reception staff had no knowledge f us on record. Number on record was unavailable. Had then to find alternative accommodation at 10pm in Manila And no refund or reply to our emails since.

The unit and our experience were both disappointing. We arrived at 11pm as we had told them. Security staff in lobby were surly, almost hostile - as was host when he eventually arrived with key. We booked Queen Suite, but the unit was cramped and did not feel like one. It did have good Wi-Fi, fridge, plumbing worked okay. But it did not provide many of the amenities promised on the Booking website- there was no view, no safe, no sofa or sofa bed, no walk-in closet or clothes rack or drying rack of any kind. Not even any coffee cups or basic utensils in little kitchenette. A very bare bones feel. We were not comfortable with the unit or the overall vibe of the place. We had booked 3 nights, but we moved to a much nicer place just a block away for the 3rd night (and ate the cost) where we were more comfortable.

After 2 hours trying to find my bookig I and 18 month kid have place to sleep.

I'm was charging twice, once by booking and one by cash in the condo by responsible person. Keep in mind that the booking will do nothing if you will be the same situation. They only advice me to take paper that I was charged and after they can help. Nice job, good position, what you think guys?
