Great stay in the city, right in the center, nice communication with the administrators and really good overall quality. We will definitely return when possible.

Just the Pillows - would definitely change those towards something more confortable (they were quite hard and not easy to sleep on)

I liked the central location right in the middle of the old town, just a stroll away from the Black Church and the rest of historical landmarks. The apartment is very elegant and has a lot of character being situated in a historical building. The host is eager to help with tips and overall friendly.

The layout is a bit unusual, but it is understandable with old houses.

Everything was perfect. The Apartments, location, the host… everything. I made a mistake with my reservation, and they were very kind and helpful. If I ever return to Braşov I’ll go to this Apartment

Everything was of high quality, just like in the pictures, and very clean. The communication with the host was excellent. We loved having our coffee in the inner yard (with two chairs and a small table). The location is super, and although it was a bit noisy during the day, it got quiet at around 10 PM. If you travel by car, there is a paid parking nearby.

Do note that the appartments are on the ground floor, and that for the larger one, the bathrooms and kitchen are placed outside of the appartment itself.

The apartment is really beautiful, old but refurbished and clean. The bed is comfortable and the street is quiet. The apartment is in the historical part of the city, only 2 minutes walk from the black church.

Understood that the building is old and designated of a historical expectation. But, That fact the kitchen and the shower are located end of a shared corridor with another apartment is not specified before you pay for the apartment what is not refundable btw. They explain it in a message after you booked the apartment in about a day in advance of your stay. So they do not really let you to decide that you are happy with this before the booking. The hot water is gone in 5 minutes. I texted the host who explained that it was never a complain, but they will look at it. Well, I checked more review and saw that someone complained exactly the same issue in February, so that was not true that they never met the complain. Myself and my girlfriend arrived tired from a long bus journey and she got the chance with the 5 minutes shower. The price is really high for this apartment considering at these facts.

We have booked the one bedroom apartment. The location is great, near the Black Church. It is clean and the design looks like in the photos.

What is not mentioned in the description is that the bathroom and the kitchen are located outside the apartment (only living&bedroom). These 2 parts are separated by a cold hallway. Also, the hallway is shared with the Deluxe apartment. We understand it’s a historical monument, but for us, it was uncomfortable.

The host was very kind and ready to meet our needs; the location is excellent, right next to the Black Church, on a very quiet street, yet very close to the main square (Piata. Sfatului), restaurants and other attractions. The apartment was newly renovated maintaining the old luxury furniture and the historic character of the house, but also providing modern comfort. The bed was very comfortable, bedding, towels and toiletries were at 5 star hotel standard. There are 2 bathrooms.
