Spaciousness, clean, and large patio.

Location was a bit of a walk to things we really wanted to visit.

Clean, spacious apartment, well equipped

The doors were quite noisy

The place is clean and well maintained.

We were not told how to access. Called the owner and said to use a facial recognition at the inside door. We had to wait for someone to get into the gate. Parking was a problem at times.

Really spacious apartment, very clean, very close to the beach.

Everything was wonderful, as a suggestion maybe some one-time usage slippers and a coffee machine would be great.

Beautiful spacious apartment in Pescara, great sleeping accommodations for 5 (could have accommodated 7), very large and well appointed bathrooms, large kitchen and living room, and we loved the wrap around balcony all around the apartment with huge glass doors and access to the balcony from many points. The room darkening power blinds were great for keeping out noise and light. Appreciated the washing machine and drying rack on the balcony. Close to the sea, easy walking distance to some very good restaurants and a boardwalk for biking.

The pillows were very large, firm and flat so quite uncomfortable and not supportive at all. Too bad because everything else was top notch

Really beautiful and clean apartment. Good access to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. Host nice and helpful, always answered all my questions quickly. Thank you very much

Lots of space for a party of 6 and Good amenities. Having a laundry machine and adequate facilities for drying clothes was very helpful.

Shower towels were very thin. Beds were not the Most comfortable but they were ok. First night, we didn't have remote controls for the a/c unit so we felt a bit warm. The host brought us the remotes the next day. Location was good, lots of restaurants and bars nearby but I would have preferred to be closer to the center of the town

The house was quite large for 2 families and we had enough rooms to stay. The house has all amenities - kitchen with lots of utensils, many closets, washing machine, free parking outisde, TVs, iron mat and so on. Bathrooms were large too and very clean !!! The communication with the owner was good and the checkin process was completely online. We were allowed to stay till 12 noon on the check out day which was amazing !!!

The location was close to the sea but the property did not have a sea view . The photos are a bit deceiving as the entrance is at the back of the apartment . There are other hotel options nearby that had sea view from your room. So you can choose what you prefer.
