Central Elegance Apartments

Location was fine, even if parking is almost impossible in that area- we got a fine for parking in the wrong spot

Contrary to its name, our experience at Central Elegance Apartment was far from elegant. We were a family of five (four adults and one child), and unfortunately, we encountered several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived at 2 a.m., having informed the owner of our late arrival. While the self-check-in went smoothly, we found the apartment freezing, with no hot water available. We had to shower in cold water. The owner only responded in the morning, informing us that we needed to turn on a switch and wait 30 minutes. There was no mention of a switch to turn on the hot water in the instructions provided. We would have expected basic preparations, like ensuring a warm apartment and ready hot water, especially given our late arrival. When we raised these concerns, the owner’s response was dismissive, suggesting that choosing an apartment over a hotel meant accepting such issues. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean, and one of the beds was so hard it was unusable, forcing some of us to sleep on the sofa. Overall, this stay fell below expectations, especially considering the rate and the name of the accommodation.

The property is in a great position and is very modern

A cooker would be nice for a longer stay

Very good location of the apartment, everything is nearby. Very nice and helpful host. Everything is great!
