Luxury Cathedral Apartments

Good location in the old town close to historic places.

Bathroom - smelling from sewage, long waiting time for warm water, sewage was not working good, tremendous smell No elevator for visitors, only for people living in the house We have paid for the breakfast, there was no breakfast except the coffee and some croissants (only 1st day) - very poor

Beautifully renovated with great bathroom and balcony to have coffee, look at and listen to the music from the Cathedral de Palermo. Location was excellent.

Wifi password was wrong so it took a day to get it fixed. So make sure you test it before the host leaves when you check-in.

Spacious apartment

Rented green apartment for 5 nights: The mirrored wardrobe was not cleaned – you could see fingerprints near the handles. There was a blood stain on the curtain in the living room. The dining table was dirty. Although it was advertised that breakfast was included, the hostess only provided it on the second day after being specifically asked. The portions decreased each morning, and she didn’t bother to bring anything on the day we left. The property is located near the main cathedral, making it quite noisy at night. You can hear doors slamming below the bedroom, as it is situated above the main building entrance. I had to request additional toilet paper and coffee ( advertised as part of the breakfast service). The microwave turns on but does not heat food. There was no foil or baking paper available for use in the oven. There is a heavy smell in the bathroom from the pipes. We were a large group, and others in our party rented apartments for half the price, with much more helpful hosts. Completely overpriced—would not recommend.

The location is perfect, right in front of the Cathedral. The hosts are kind and helpful. The apartment is comfy and well equipped, great air conditioning, super useful fridge and a nice bed. Everything important is walkable distance from the apartment.

If you ever walk from the stations upon your arrival, take the route along the main streets - the shorter one goes through Ballarò market, which is great - but not while dragging your suitcase 😂 It's obviously not the apartment's fault but I wanted to share this and this was the only suitable box 🙂 Other than that, I only wish I could have stayed longer.

It was the best location possible - in the historical center of Palermo with a fantastic view to the Cathedral, but at the same time on the quite street (Don't miss to visit the puppet show, as it is just in the building in front of your balcony). So you have all main attractions (Capella Palatino, Porta Nuova, Palazzo dei Normanni in 10 minutes walk). There are also many cozy places nearby where you can buy fresh cakes for breakfast. There is a new coffee machine in the apartment, so you can have the fantastic coffee with a view on your balcony every morning and to make everybody envy on Instagram. Owners providing comfortable sleepers, bathrobe, many towels, so you feel at home.

There were no wardrobe, only hanger, but the owner said, that they are expecting the wardrobe to arrive. No boxes in the bathroom to put beauty bags etc. I had some problems with sockets, because there were no enough adapters.

The location and the service was excellent, the apartment was very clean and stylish!

The apartment is in a prime location, very close to the magnificent cathedral, and a very short walk to the Quattro Canti, which leads to many bars ,restaurants, and historical buildings. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Antonio greeted us when we arrived to give us the keys and information. He was friendly and welcoming and only too willing to help with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to stay in if you are lanning a trip to the wonderful City of Palermo!

If you can look past the litter in the streets, there is nothing to dislike about Palermo. From its historical buildings and streets to its many bars restaurants and street vendors , it's a fantastic mixture of sights and sounds! If you are thinking of visiting you will not be disappointed!

The apartment was super chic and in an amazing location. Steps away from the stunning cathedral. Amazing facilities and every comfort you could need! Top value. Will definitely use again as a great base for exploring Palermo.
