Victoria Junction Apartment

The property was very spacious and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and homey. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant.

There was no washing machine. The heating system could’ve been better. The property is very big & therefore quite cold. So an extra heater would’ve gone a long way during Cape Town winter.

Nothing to like, since there was no host to meet at the premises, nor any information send by the host of how to obtain the keys to the apartment. The security personnel also did not know how to obtain a key or how to contact the relevant person.. The customer service number of Booking .com did not exist and was not able to contact them urgently and I stood late afternoon at a close door, in a very cold city. After 2 hours I had to leave and find other accomodation.

There was nothing to like about a place that you can't enter but have fully paid for. The worst part is trying to get your money back afterwards. The host then send so called messages he has sent you, as proof that you stayed there, trying to fool Booking.com and me. What a scam. Stay away from this business.

Spacious, neat and tidy. Satisfactory for the quick stay I had.

There was a slight electrical issue, but it was resolved.
