CAThey overbooked the place, so when we arrived to check in, they told us another family had already checked in for the exact same apartment and dates we had reserved months earlier. No cancelation from them or message in advance so we had to find another place to stay last minute. We could only speak with the person from reception who said it was a calendar issue, no solution offered.
