Happy Sweet Apartment

This place is a cut above the rest. Everything is so new, clean, shiny, white and sleeky that it almost feels medical. You can see that it was renovated not so long ago. You have a kitchen with an induction range and various utensils, a bathroom with shower, and, importantly, a washing machine. There is a big window with a nice view of tree greenery, shutters are also provided and you can achieve good darkening. The sun won't fall into the room directly, therefore it feels nice and calm most of the time. The location is good, it is a bit distanced from the city center, but you can have more quiet because of that, and bus stop is nearby, so in 10 minutes you can be at the center.

There were enigmatic neigbours downstairs who complained to the owner about noise, although I am as silent as it gets, always use headphones etc. This is because soundproofing in the building is overall not good, especially floors can act as a membrane. The kitchen area is not very well-thought ergonomically, the sink is separated from stove and cooking table, which turned to be surprisingly inconvenient. The access to the washing machine is awkward. But these are minor things
