I liked everything there: The location was good for me, where I wanted to be. The Lucky Pavilion including a supermarket was not too far, neither Independence Square. I got a spacious, very clean apartment. Both the landlady and her helpers were nice and helpful. The accommodation is in a gated community so I felt extra safe. Access was easy to me, the landlady was there at the agreed time. To my surprise it was 8am (because I was already in Phnom Penh I went and saw her the previous night), as such I could check in (move there from my other place) early. That was great because after checking in the whole day was in front of me so I could go on an excursion to Tonle Bati.
