It’s an apartment building.

Facilities were not too good. Rooms were small. One room AC was not working properly Breakfast not provided ontime and we couldn’t have breakfast that day

Room amenities and toilet facilities pretty up-to-date to recent standards. (2023-2024)

I had to leave before breakfast-time. So I didn't get my complimentary breakfast.

Good breakfast.. bread jam and some sweet milk shake type was additional. All time RO water is available in your flat room Staff is supporting to guests. You get good dining area also. Room has fan with remote.

I have stayed in so many hotels in whole country, this is the first place where free breakfast is included but tea or coffee is not included.... You have to pay extra for it. I really wonder who doesn't drink tea or coffee in morning, so you have to pay extra amount for it. The booking.com says you pay at property but the owner separately WhatsApp and ask for half payment for booking confirmation, i have no issues with this attitude but it should be transparent via website. The person sitting on chair doesn't even know a word of English or Hindi. I mean what type of owners are these? They even can't say a single greeting word to guests. Why they hate so much Hindi and English, that they doesn't want to learn a little bit of it for sake of their own business? May be political leaders from many generations have engraved this self superiority complex in them and made them oblivious to whole Bharat, so I don't blame poor owner of property, he/she is a victim actually. At check out, the property person was checking whole items before leaving the room. This attitude I am seeing first time in my life. May be some guest may steal their things, but the attitude to check glasses and remote infront of guest is totally non professional.
