"Nice clean modern apartment located conveniently in Montevideo"

Nice clean apartment in a secure building with garage parking. The space was perfect for a couple, kitchen had all we needed for our stay. It had a smart tv so you can watch your own tv. The area felt safe and had plenty of shops, restaurants and bars in the vicinity. It was a 15 minute walk to the main area of the city. The communication with the host was very good. Access was all communicated via message prior. Would stay here again.

Car parking is tight so wouldn’t recommend a big car. However it is very convenient in the city.

"Great stay in Montevideo"

The location was great, quite close to the Placa del Indepencia and old town. Lorena was great host, speaking very good English, very helpful, advising many things. Beds was very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom was big enough and clean. Several supermarkets in neighborhood. There is a guard at the basement floor, so the appartment is very safe. Avenida 18 Julio is quite close. It and surrounding streets are very alive in the evening. We arrived from Tres Cruces bus terminal and used bus 143 (quite close to the appartment). Hint: later we found it was not very regular (30 min), so we found much better bus 180 in Av 18 Julio. Generally we really enjoyed our 3 days stay in Montevideo.

This apartment was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The property itself was even better than the photos – sparkling clean, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of great restaurants and landmarks. The host's recommendations for local spots were spot on, making my trip even more enjoyable. I felt right at home and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Montevideo.
