INthe location is excellent . the host family is very good and helps in all our queries . the property is very good and has all the comforts and facility for a family stay . the rooms and accessorie are clean . would definitely recommen to my friends and aquaintances
only small issue is that the parking inside the premises for a large vehicle may have some challenge , but the host is cooperative and made some decent alternate arrangement

Everything was absolutely clean & neat making it a very comfortable & peaceful place to stay. Anitha was a perfect host v warm & responsive. Wished we had more days to soak in the hospitality. INThe property is exactly as you see in the photos. It is clean, well maintained, fully furnished with a fridge, washing machine, drying racks, kitchen, water filter, air freshers, toiletries, tea/coffee kits, etc. I had booked two apartments on June 27, 2025. Each apartment has two big bedrooms, balcony, living room with fast WiFi, smart TV, couches and chairs and ACs. The rooms, bathrooms and beds were clean and fresh. The owner of the property lives just across the road and is readily available for any needs. They are a friendly couple and you feel at home. Ambalapuzha temple is walkable distance (800 meters) from the property. There are a few tattukadas (street eataries) nearby and Aaryas vegetarian restaurant about 500 meters from the property. You get full value and more for the price.
For under ₹3000 ($33) you get everything you hope for and more.
