Zennova Furnished Apartment

New and beautiful property. Enough parking space. Owner also stays close by so quite easy to communicate if you need any clarification regarding location/ nearby shops etc. Liked the minimal gardening at the premises which kept property fresh. Rooms are quite spacious and kitchen and work area has all facilities. TV has been integrated with almost all OTT platforms and inbuilt speaker in hall adds good effect. Ambalapuzha temple is at a walkable distance. Almost all amenities are nearby; be it garment shops like Trends, salons, other retail stores etc. Extending Thanks to the property owner for the wonderful hospitality.

It’s a brand new , well maintained, spacious and clean apartment. The interiors are swanky& well furnished . The overall ambiance of the property is excellent and it’s located in a nice neighbourhood with easy accessibility. The host is wonderful and our experience at the property was great.

Our stay at the ZenNova apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we stepped in, it exuded an air of sophistication that surpassed the typical rental experience. Every detail, from the branded materials to the impeccable cleanliness and organization, contributed to its upscale ambiance. The spacious layout comprising a hall, dining room, two bedrooms, a generous kitchen, and a balcony provided ample comfort and convenience. Moreover, the apartment boasted a range of amenities including TV, AC in both bedrooms, a cozy sofa, a well-appointed dining table, a kettle, an induction cooker, and a comprehensive selection of cooking utensils, plates, and cutlery, not to mention the convenience of RO water. Overall, our experience at the ZenNova va apartment left us speechless.
