"HORTIBLE!!!"

NOTHING!! The photo right here is SUPER MISS LEADING!! We never got to see any of this !!

The room we stayed in smelled super bad like mold, the bed had no headboard and was moving away from the wall, bathroom sink cold water only was trickling a little bit but the hot came out great, shower head only literally trickers of water, the walls were dirty, the living room had no tv but it was hotter than hell and no moving air other than in the bedroom but the air conditioner still didn’t cool the the little space like it should have, utensils were cheesy and only 1 plastic bag to throw your trash… after walking in there I wanted to book somewhere else but were their to deal with a funeral & estate remains…. so until they do some real work on that place they should be charging half the amount but I still wouldn’t stay there even if it was free!!!

Location was right on Rogue River which was great. Close to both Medford and Grants Pass. Local town had neat downtown with a few good eating spots.

Everything you need for a fantastic little getaway! The bed was my FAVORITE. The studio apartment was super clean with great character and very spacious. Definitely will be back

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great and I loved the full kitchen and being able to hear the river. The perfect jumping off spot for doing fun things in the area.

Location was good, not far from family I came to visit. Really liked the short walk to River behind it. Room was stocked with all one needs for a short stay, very relaxing and quiet , bed was clean & comfortable.

Grounds could use some maintenance on weeds etc, path to River was overgrown a bit. Although it didn’t impact my stay, I noticed the building is in need of some repair around baseboards & old heat vent, but just my personal observation!
