The nice complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. Also body wash, hair shampoo and body lotion. Convenience of booking in and out. The fact that I could be in direct contact with the host via WhatsApp. Safe and secure for family.

Did not see or hear from the Manager on duty to address my concerns. No follow ups on needing anything during our stay.The kitchen area was not cleaned up properly before our arrival. The main bedroom bed was full of dirt from the ceiling. The main entrance curtain railing was unclipped, the side door has a gap on the top that allows wind and Insects to come in. There is a locked up linen cupboard in the dining area that had a bad odor.
