Very clean, super friendly staff (!!!), quiet, nice pool! It is located between El Tunco and El Zonte, a motorbike is nice to have :)

Good location in terms of being close to the beaches and attractions. The development itself has seen some better days, the property is in good shape. Very basic amenities in the room. 1 towel per guest, polyester sheets and average mattresses. Super sweet staff. Remember this feels more like a hostel, so if you're lucky you have the place to yourself in peace, or you may get a huge group staying at the same time as you - not so peaceful then. We had the double twin room with pool-view and everyone walks right out side your window to get to the pool. If you want to be social, you can meet some fellow travelers. If you're looking for peace, then this may not be the place. Price is just a few bucks less than the resort that's right on the beach. The great thing is a shared kitchen, where you can store some of your food in a fridge and cook.

The shower in our room dripped all the time, a towel on the floor next to the toilet to contain another leak, loud if there is a group staying at the same time you are.
