"Verschikkelijk vies"

Drie nummer bellen voor er opgenomen werd en we bij een sleutel werren geleid om binnen te kunnen. Parkeren zijkant. Na onze klacht werden er 2 alternatieven aangeboden die helaas zelfde problemen hadden.

Vies, zeer oppervlakkig schoongemaakt. Overal dingen kapot, zoals stoel, gordijnen, sprei Overal vieze vingerafdrukken op. Lichtknopjes en deurknoppen, maar ook deuren en muren. Kruimels op de vloer. Muizenkeutels. Mieren. Haren en plusjes in de bedden. Resten kots aangekoekt. En na onze klacht erover vonden ze dat we 5-sterren kwaliteit zochten, dat dit is wat je mag verwachten voor die prijs, dat we beter thuis hadden kunnen blijven. Geen refund. En ze gaven ons op als no-show.

Kookgerei was niet proper , douche liep niet goed weg , pannen in de kast niet geschikt voor inductie , tv moeilijk te bedienen ...
