"Arrived late and our Host was awake to check us in, and then allowed us to check out later."

Did not know that breakfast was included, however our host was very kind by allowing late check out and offering muffins with coffee.

The stay was peaceful and quite and welcoming i think it would make a lovely place to stay.

i liked the fact the you can come and go as you please and feel comfortable.
