when we went threre for staying they saind there is no current and Airconditioner were not working and they will provide fan. this is very poor

ownership and communication

The location was excellent, being right next to my office. I also appreciated being able to use the window as a makeshift balcony for my yoga practice. The provision of unlimited water bottles was a nice touch, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was an extremely bad smell in all the shelves, making them unusable. The water flow in the bathroom was so weak that it was very difficult to take a shower, and nearly impossible to wash hair.

Liked the politeness of the staff, overall property gave kind of positive vibes. Food was good too, good portion and tasty too.

The only challenge was getting transportation to around! Many autos and cabs rejected my booking.

I had booked the hotel for the specified date we were checking in and informed the hotel staff that we would be checking in at 3am to which they acknowledged. On arriving at the hotel, I was told the booking should have been made for the next day and were therefore asked to book another day (which we didn't need). They should have just called us and told us to modify the booking to avoid the additional expense. Feels like we got scammed a bit.
