Very nice experience... more than you can expect from a tent wagon... excelent location

The location

Tents were very nicely decorated, all the facilities needed included. Although nights were very cold, inside the heating & hot water were perfect. The place is overall very nice with the cutest cats! :)

The location is not that remote, is close to the street and you can hear traffic noise. The outdoor fire has additional costs and can be made only when requested by min 3 tents (which was a bit complicated to organise). Could be on the house, at least one night / weekend. Only 2 nespresso tablets on the house for two people x 2 days.

Place was clean, comfortable bed

Location is in between houses,noisy. Village neighbours had party till 1am. Had no access to kitchen which we weren’t informed before our arrival. Sauna out if use, not able to use hot tub No staff on site Would be nice to have toiletries included and hair drier Hot water lasted for about 3 min so not enough to have a shower for 2 people

the property was next to the neighbourhood, we expected to be closer to the nature.

We stayed in the wagon-style tent, it was beautifully furnished, lovely and warm (it was February!), a very comfortable bed. The bathroom with shower is excellent, plenty of hot water. The common-area kitchen is well equipped and each tent is given a basket of plates, bowls etc to use. There are little seating areas outside each tent, which i'm sure are great in the warmer months. Being winter, we didn't use the outside facilities, but it looked good, although a fairly small outside area. Do note that there are extra costs for the use of the sauna etc. NB- apparently it is possible to pay by credit/debit card (at the time of writing this review it says that only cash payment is available).

I understand that we stayed during the low season and so less staff are working, however we were a little surprised that no-one was there to meet us, even though I had communicated our time of arrival and they did not tell us that would be the case. We stayed for 2 nights and did not see any staff the whole time, there was no-one available to come to the site and collect our payment, we had to enquire about it. Personally, I expect better communication and a higher level of customer service (which, reading from previous reviews, I'm sure is the case in the summer months). However we still enjoyed our stay very much.

The tents are set up nicely, gives you a good vibe. it takes a while to get warm inside but once it’s warm it will stay that way

the tent wasn’t cleaned properly. bedsheets weren’t changed. it was visible that they were dirty. there was hair on different parts of the bed ( both long and short that looked like pubic hair to be honest). also they didn’t smell like they were washed recently. another sign that cleaning wasn’t done properly was that there was trash in the bin next to the toilet. location is pretty bad, in the middle of the village. no interesting view.
